YQ Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

“YQNG” means YQ Now Group.

“Airport Agent” means a member of a local service delivery team who is engaged as a service partner by YQNG.

“Meeting point” means the place at which you are greeted, met, or collected by the Airport Agent or its affiliate.

“Customer” means the person or entity who has booked and paid for the services to YQNG

“Passenger” means the traveller, person or group of people to whom the Service is delivered.

“Services” means the services booked by the Customer and delivered to the Passenger

“Service Time” means the time at which the service will start, in case of an Arrival service it will be the landing time of the arriving flight, in case of a Departure service it will be the time the Passengers arrives at the airport for his departure flight, in case of a Transit service it will be the landing time of the arriving flight.

“Conditions” means these terms and conditions and any special terms and conditions written in YQNG’s Terms and Conditions or agreed in writing between the parties.

“Dangerous or Disallowed Goods” means any goods which are or may, be noxious, dangerous, hazardous, inflammable or explosive, illegal or prohibited and goods of a similar nature or which present or may present a comparable hazard. Any other goods or materials which may be illegal to carry within airport environment or on the plane.

2. Terms of use

By using www.yqnowgroup.com or any of its affiliated website, or any third-party website through which YQNG services are supplied, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately.

If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Conditions, please do not access and/or use YQNG products, services, booking tools or websites.

 

 

 

3. Your Undertakings and Obligations When Taking a YQNG Service

The Airport Agent will be in place 15 minutes before the service time with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign, kindly note it is the Lead Passenger’s responsibility to identify their name sign and approach the Airport Agent. In case the Passenger is not able to locate the Airport Agent, the Passenger must contact YQNG Customer services team on the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. Failure to contact YQNG Customer services team, in case the Passenger cannot locate the Airport Agent, will result as 'Passenger No Show' and no refund will be offered. 

It is the responsibility of the Passenger or the Customer to advise YQNG Customer Services team of any circumstance that will alter the Booked Service meeting time & place. For example

  • If a flight is retimed or cancelled before its departure
  • If a progressive or rolling delay to departure occurs before boarding
  • If your flight is changed to a different flight number and/or a new carrier

It is the responsibility of the Passenger or the Customer to choose and book a service time that allows sufficient time for the service to take place or the formalities to be completed in good time. YQNG will take no responsibility in case of any missed flight or any hassle due to the lack of time. YQNG will always recommend the passengers to follow their airlines advice.

It is the responsibility of the Passenger or the Customer to declare before making the booking with YQNG of any Dangerous or Disallowed Goods or that will be carried, and you 
(i) acknowledge that YQNG and its Agent is under no obligation to provide Services to a Customer in possession of such Dangerous Goods, and you 
(ii) agree to indemnify YQNG and Agent against and hold YQNG and Agent harmless from any penalty, loss, damage, claim, cost or expense which YQNG or Agent may incur directly or indirectly as a result of any breech of this requirement.

4. Product & Service Modifications

YQNG will engage its service partners and local service delivery teams, referred to herein as Airport Agents, to perform all or any part or parts of the booked service.

The service will normally begin when the Airport Agent from the local service delivery team meets the passenger and will normally end when Airport Agent leaves the passenger. Kindly note that all Meet and Assist services will be a maximum of three hours and any additional time spent on a service will be charged at additional rate.

 

4(A)    Service Descriptions

 

Arrival Fast Track

The Airport Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the passenger/s at the designated point (approved by the Airport Authorities), whether it will be at the end of the air-bridge or entrance of the Arrivals hall. The passenger/s will be assisted and expedited through immigration and security check point. The passenger/s may be expedited through Customs if the local Customs authorities permit it but it cannot be guaranteed. Once the immigration and customs clearance is completed, the Airport Agent will guide the passenger/s to Baggage hall and on through to the public Arrivals area to exit the airport. The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver prior to the passenger/s’s arrival and arrange a meeting point ensuring a smooth handover and completion of service.             

                                               

Arrival Meet & Assist

The Airport Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the passenger/s at the designated point (approved by the Airport Authorities), whether it will be at the end of the air-bridge or entrance of the Arrival's hall. The passenger will be assisted through immigration and security check point; the Airport Agent will try to expedite the process however it cannot be guaranteed at all times. The passenger/s may be assisted through Customs if the local Customs authorities permit it but again cannot be guaranteed. Once the immigration and customs clearance is completed, the Airport Agent will guide the passenger/s to Baggage hall and on through to the public Arrivals area to exit the airport. The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver prior to the passenger/s’s arrival and arrange a meeting point ensuring a smooth handover and completion of service.

 

Landside Arrival Meet and Assist

The Airport Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the Lead passenger at the designated point (approved by the Airport Authorities), whether it will be after immigration and customs in the Baggage hall or in the public Arrivals hall. The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver prior to the passenger/s’s arrival and arrange a meeting point ensuring a smooth handover and completion of service.

 

Departure Fast Track

The Airport Agent will begin by contacting the contact number provided for the Lead passenger or the driver (if the driver contact details have been provided), prior to the passenger/s’s arrival at the airport in order to arrange the time and meeting point. The Airport Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the Lead passenger at the designated point (approved by the Airport Authorities), whether it will be kerbside directly outside the terminal or the agreed meeting point. The passenger/s will be assisted with airline check in formalities and expedited through immigration and security check point. The passenger/s may be expedited through Customs if the local Customs authorities permit it but it cannot be guaranteed. Once the departure formalities are completed, the Airport Agent will either guide the passenger/s to the lounge (if the passenger/s's airline ticket entitles the lounge access or if it has been booked as an additional service) or to the gate to complete the service.

Once the departure formalities are completed, the Airport Agent will either guide the passenger/s to the lounge (if the passenger/s's airline ticket entitles the lounge access or if it has been booked as an additional service) or to the gate to complete the service.

 

Landside Departure Meet and Assist

The Airport Agent will begin by contacting the contact number provided for the lead passenger or the driver (if the driver contact details have been provided) prior to the passenger’s arrival at the airport in order to arrange the time and meeting point (approved by the Airport Authorities). The Airport Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the passenger/s at the designated point, whether it will be kerbside directly outside the terminal or the agreed meeting point. The passenger/s will be assisted through airline check in formalities (the Airport Agent will try to expedite the process however it cannot be guaranteed at all times) and then guided to the security check point where our service will be completed.

 

Transit Meet and Assist

The Airport Agent (with the Lead Passenger’s Name Sign) will be waiting for the passenger/s at the designated point authorised by the Airport Authorities, whether it will be at the end of the air-bridge or entrance of the Arrival's hall. The passenger/s will be assisted through immigration and security check point. The passenger/s may be assisted through Customs if the local Customs authorities permit it but it cannot be guaranteed. Once the departure formalities are completed, the Airport Agent will either guide passenger/s to the lounge (if the passenger/s's airline ticket entitles the lounge access or if it has been booked as an additional service) or to the gate to complete the service.

 

Additional Product Description 

 

Flowers on Arrival 

The Airport Agent will be waiting for the passenger/s at the meeting point with a bouquet of fresh flowers.

 

Baggage Porter     

The Arrival Baggage Porter will be waiting for the passenger at the baggage belt. The porter will assist in transporting the luggage from baggage hall to transportation. The Departure Baggage Porter will be waiting for the passenger at the meeting point. The porter will assist in transporting the luggage to Airline check in desk.

 

Visa Assistance on Arrival          

The Airport Agent will assist and expedite (wherever available and allowed by Authorities) in completing the Visa on Arrival solicitation. Please note that actual Visa fee is in addition and must be paid by the Passenger/s on arrival at the airport.

 

Exec Limo Airport Transfer        

For Arrival service, an Executive car will be pre-booked to drive the passengers from the airport to their booked drop off location and the Airport Agent will liaise with the driver and escort the passenger/s to the car for a smooth handover. For Departure service an Executive car will be pre booked to pick the passengers from their booked pick up location to drive them to the airport, the Airport Agent will liaise with the driver and set up a meeting point to ensure a smooth start of the service. Please note that an Executive Limo can accommodate up to 3 passengers and 2 large cases and 2 hand luggage.

 

MPV Airport Transfer       

For Arrival service, an Executive MPV will be pre-booked to drive the passengers from the airport to their booked drop off location and the Airport Agent will liaise with the driver and escort the passenger/s to the car for a smooth handover. For Departure service an Executive MPV will be pre booked to pick the passengers from their booked pick up location to drive them to the airport, the Airport Agent will liaise with the driver and set up a meeting point to ensure a smooth start of the service. Please note that an MPV can accommodate up to 5 passengers, 4 large cases and 4 hand luggage.

 

Airport Lounge      

The Airport Agent will take the passenger/s to the pre-booked Airport Lounge after completing all the formalities. The Agent will leave the passenger/s at the lounge and will return at the agreed time before boarding to escort the passenger/s to the gate.

 

Document Handover        

The Airport Agent will liaise with the driver/contact number provided to collect documents from Landside area and bring them over to the passenger at Airside area saving valuable time for the passenger.

 

 


 

4(B) Modifications

The service descriptions provided in the Terms and Conditions, Products page on the website or any other mode of communication including but not limited to the booking confirmation and corresponded at the time of booking may vary at the time of service as Airport Authorities have discretion to make changes without any notification. Due to recent security measures by most governments and airport security authorities, it has been a practise that Fast Track services are suspended and out of ordinary course is in place and all passengers have to follow those temporary restrictions.

5. Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions

Prices are based on the currency of your choice at the time of booking. All provided quotations are only valid for that time and a late booking surcharge will be applicable for all bookings confirmed within 48 hours from the service time. Kindly note that this surcharge will be applicable even if you have received the quote but not confirmed the service booking.

Price quotations and price tables may change without notice however it will not affect any confirmed bookings. If a material amendment to an order or Booked Service is requested by the traveller or booker and is accepted by YQNG then the amended price will use the exchange rates and tariffs subsisting at the time of change and additional charges may be payable.

The base price quoted at the time of ordering will include all knowable charges for the Service that has been ordered. Prices do not include foreign departure tax, security, port charges, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax or any local airport taxes either imposed by airport, airline or any airport contractor.

YQNG will charge a 50% late booking fee/surcharge for all new bookings confirmed within 48 hours of the service time. This charge will be applicable even if the Customer has received a price quote outside 48 hours but have not confirmed the booking regardless of the reason.

Prices do not include discretionary tips/gratuities to representatives; or passport and visa fees; or baggage and personal insurance.

Prices do not include provision for a porter, lounge access or in terminal buggy unless booked at additional costs and confirmed in the booking confirmation.

If the Customer makes a purchase using a YQNG promotion code, or if the Customer accepts a discount or special-offer price during the YQNG checkout or ordering process, The Customer may invalidate that discount or special-offer price by making any changes or amendments to the original itinerary once the purchase is complete. YQNG may decide, at its sole discretion, to honour the awarded discount or special-offer pricing if the Customer makes a post-purchase change or amendment. YQNG reserves the right to invalidate the Customer discount or special-offer pricing in case of the Customer making any change to the service originally ordered.

6. Payment

No contract between the Customer and YQNG will come into existence until the order becomes a confirmed booking. A service is a confirmed booking (a “confirmed booking”) once

  • YQNG has issued a booking reference number;
  • YQNG has issued an order confirmation;
  • YQNG has received payment in full;

In the same way that you may cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the service time, YQNG may amend the price quoted if the subsisting selling price changes, due to underlying cost changes, exchange rate movements, system error or human error. In the event that the revised price quote is not acceptable to you a full refund will immediately be made. YQNG will not change the price of a confirmed booking, as defined above.

Payment by credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as “YQ Now Group” on the credit card statement.

There is a 3.5% charge or service fee for processing credit-card payments.

The amount charged by YQNG will be the amount due in the currency used for the booking, which is in US dollars, Pounds Sterling or Euros, as you select at the time of booking. YQNG cannot know or influence the exchange rate and policies that are applied by your bank or card merchant in determining the final charge made.

YQNG may take whatever steps it reasonably believes to be necessary 
(i) to protect your card details (which will be in YQNG’s possession) from misuse; and/or 
(ii) to protect itself and its Agent from any delay in receiving payment for a completed Service. Such steps may include pre-authorising the charge and verifying the card details and the card’s available credit limit.

A chargeback is when you dispute a charge made on your card. If you make an unjustified charge back, YQNG will charge a US$75 penalty fee and will report all unjustified chargebacks to ChargeBackProtection.org, which may have the effect of banning you from placing orders with any business that uses ChargeBackProtection.org. Examples of unjustified chargebacks are
(i) if you issue a frivolous, false or unjustified complaint,
(ii) if you start an unwarranted dispute with your card company, 
(iii) if you refuse to pay for a properly delivered Service and any charges thereto, 
(iv) if you refuse to pay properly due amendment, cancellation or no-show charges.

Refunds will be made provided that you have paid in full and that the booking is eligible for refund as confirmed in writing by YQNG. For a booking originally paid for by credit/charge card, any refund will automatically process to the original credit/charge card account that paid for the booking and no other methods of refund payment will be possible. No refunds will be made for credit card charge or service fee.

7. Cancellation, Amendments and Variations

YQNG is a fixed price service and the price charged is for the Booked Service.

If the Booked Service is amended or cancelled before the service time, or is varied during its performance (a “Change”) then YQNG and its Airport Agents may require payment of additional fees.

Any charge incurred due to an amendment before the service time will be billed and collected by YQNG from the nominated credit/charge card.

YQNG is unable to accept amendments within 24 hours before service time. If,an amendment is required more than 24 hours before the service time,  a Service can be amended, subject to an amendment surcharge to the Cardholder’s card by the YQNG as follows

There is an amendment surcharge of 50% of total booking cost for all amendments made within 48 hours of service time. All amendments made outside 48 hours are free of charge. Some amendments within 48 hours of the service time are not allowed and will be treated as a cancellation, you will be required to make a new booking. Such amendments are including but not limited to change of date of service, or change of service time by more than an hour or change of location of service.

No refunds will be offered for any cancellations within 48 hours of the service time.

All cancellations made outside 48 hours are free of charge.

No Shows or Service declined for whatever reason will be charged at 100% of the job value

 

Proof of Amendment: Voluntary Amendments or cancellation will only be deemed as accepted when a confirmation e-mail acceptance is sent by YQNG to the requested e-mail address.

 

Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy prior to departure covering charges you will incur in the event of delays or changes to flights, changes in airport conditions, and lost or damaged baggage.

8. Complaints & Disputes

Any complaint or dispute regarding the supply of a service should be notified to YQNG in writing by email within 10 days of the service date. It may not be possible to investigate any complaint received after 10 days from the date of service and any claims will be invalid after that time.

9. Your Declaration

You acknowledge that you have, or when booking shall be deemed to have, read, understood and accepted all YQNG Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge that you have not entered this contract relying upon any representation properly made by or on behalf of YQNG and have not relied upon any correspondence, statement or sales literature issued by a third party independently or on behalf of YQNG.

You acknowledge that you have freely accepted these terms and conditions in the knowledge that the YQNG does not accept any liability of any costs, losses or claims apart from its own cost charged to you for the service. YQNG does not offer any warranties or indemnification against any losses or costs incurred due to a service failure. If is established that there has been a service failure on part of YQNG, then YQNG will only refund the originally charged amount for that particular service and will not be liable for any further losses or costs of any nature regardless of the nature of service failure on YQNG’s part.

You acknowledge that these Conditions, subject to and together with any variation agreed in writing between YQNG and the Customer or Passenger, shall constitute the entire contract between YQNG and the Customer or Passenger and shall override or supersede any previous contract or arrangement between YQNG and the Customer or Passenger and in particular shall operate to the exclusion of any terms and conditions at any time imposed by the Customer or the Passenger in writing or verbally, and shall supersede any earlier version of these standard terms and conditions.

10. Use of the Website

If you do not agree to the following terms of use, please do not use this website

You agree not to use, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use www.yqnowgroup.com or any of its affiliated websites content (inclusive of text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to use www.yqnowgroup.com or any of its affiliated websites only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of www.yqnowgroup.com or any of its affiliated websites. Your use of www.yqnowgroup.com or any of its affiliated websites is intended for personal, non-commercial use and/or to make legitimate requests to book the products or services offered.

You agree not to use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests.

You agree not to use robots or other automated means to access this site, unless specifically permitted in writing by YQNG.

Generally, we will use the personal data which you have provided to us for the purposes of fulfilling your application for any of our services and products, credit checks in the case of applications, and for understanding how we can improve our services to you. Where appropriate, we may also use the information for internal research on our users’ demographics, interests and behaviour, for providing you with the latest scoop on our websites and exciting special offers, or for direct marketing purposes where we think you may be interested in the products and services of some of our affiliates but not third parties.

Some of YQNG's services may be offered in conjunction with partner companies. In order to provide such co-branded services to you, it may be necessary for us to share your personal information with our partner companies. If you do not want your data to be shared, you can choose not to allow the transfer by not using that particular service.

Web sites that have links on our site may collect personally identifiable information about you. The data protection practices of those web sites linked to YQNG are not covered by this policy statement. You are advised to check the data protection policies of these third party websites yourself before using those sites.

YQNG may also disclose your information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) YQNG's rights or property, other YQNG users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. YQNG may disclose user information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

No data transmissions over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, YQNG cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the internet, and you do so at your own risk. Once we have received your transmission, we will use our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.

11. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

YQNG accepts no responsibility for the cost, loss or damage to any luggage or property transported during the Service; howsoever such a loss or damage may be caused.

The full liability of YQNG to you under all and any circumstances including non-performance shall be limited to a sum equal to the charges paid by you to YQNG for the Service affected.

Under no circumstances will YQNG or its agents, affiliates, Agents, suppliers, and/or distributors be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): 
(a) loss of data; 
(b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; 
(c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; 
(e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; 
(f) losses suffered by third parties; or 
(g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the www.yqnowgroup.com or any of its affiliated websites or YQNG Products or Services regardless of the form of action.

If YQNG or Airport Agent or any of its staff should be found liable for any loss, injury or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the herein described functions, YQNG’s or Agent’s or any of its staff members’ liability shall in no event exceed the maximum insurance cover, if any at all, held by YQNG or Agent, whichever is the lesser, and details of which are available on request with 7 days’ notice.

YQNG will not be liable for any its or its Agent’s failure to perform its obligations and/or any cost, loss or damage which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond our reasonable control. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as such “Force Majeure” circumstances: explosion, fog, flood, extreme weather, typhoons, cyclones, hurricanes, fire, epidemic, major road closures, state/diplomatic visits; war, hostilities, embargo, blockade, invasion, riot, revolution, civil disturbance, or acts of terrorism, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, labour dispute (but not of Agent’s own workforce) which involves stoppage of work; acts or restrictions or regulations or by-laws, revocation of or refusal to grant a licence or permit, seizure under legal process, prohibitions, or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental or regulatory authority (including a bona fide airport authority), or temporary suspension of access to any part of an airport where access is required to provide the Service, or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, internet, or telecommunications).

YQNG shall not be liable unless a claim is made upon YQNG in writing identifying the nature of the claim and the amount claimed within seven (7) days after completion of the Delivery.

Product information is collected from suppliers worldwide. YQNG acts as a booking agent. YQNG checks the details about all the products and services it offers, but cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this web site is correct and up to date but it is subject to amendment at any time without Notice, and is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

YQNG does not warrant that the functionality, content or information contained on www.yqnowgroup.com or any of its affiliated websites will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that www.yqnowgroup.com or any of its affiliated websites or the servers that makes it Service available are free of viruses or bugs.

12. General

YQNG will only arrange the Services for Customers subject to these Conditions. YQNG and its Agent reserve the right at their absolute discretion to refuse to provide the Service to any Customer at any time.

Any authorised waiver by YQNG or Agent of any breach by you of these Conditions is limited to that particular breach. A delay by YQNG or Agent in acting upon a breach shall not be deemed a waiver.

These Conditions may be varied by YQNG from time to time without notice. The subsisting and applicable Conditions are available on request and are posted on the www.yqnowgroup.com or any of its affiliated websites. YQNG may change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

A person who is not a party to any contract governed in whole or in part by these Conditions (save for any officer, employee, agent, representative or sub-contractor of YQNG) has no right to enforce or have the benefits of any term or conditions.

The terms contained in each clause or sub-clause of these Conditions are separate and distinct. Each may be enforced separately. The parties agree that if any clause or sub-clause shall be adjudged void or ineffective for whatever reason, but would be adjudged valid and effective if part of the wording thereof was deleted, the clause or sub-clause shall apply with such modification as may be necessary to make it valid and effective and shall not invalidate any other Conditions.

YQNG reserves the right to record any telephone conversation with you and to make use of any such recording in any proceedings.

These Conditions shall be subject to the Laws of the United Kingdom and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.

Except as otherwise provided in these booking terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.
